So, this is one of the most awesome things EVER! Check out this Threadless tee designed by William Chua called “Bountiful Catch.” It’s a Samurai kitty and some goldfish! Very cool design!
Gotta love it, right? Well, prepare to be completely stunned by this masterful cake inspired by Bountiful Catch, baked and decorated by Samantha Friday:
I’m sure that we will feature many more cat-themed Threadcakes based off of Threadless tees!
Vanessa of Take Only Memories really liked this kitty cat shirt she found on Etsy, but not so much the $80 price tag that came along with it. Although I do like purchasing items from Etsy as it supports independent artists, I completely understand—I can’t justify spending $80 on a shirt, either.
She had a super cheap and easy solution of creating her own kitty print shirt. All you need is an inexpensive shirt, fabric paint, a knife, and… a potato.
What a great idea! I myself have never created a potato print, but apparently it’s a pretty common childhood activity. Since I missed out on this, I might have to make up for it by creating some awesome kitty print shirts of my own. Check out her tutorial if you want to try one for yourself!
When I came across the catalope tattoo the other day, it made me wonder just how well-known this creature is. So I took to Google, and discovered that this mythical beast is very elusive. After correcting Google that no, I am not searching for “cantaloupe,” only a handful of results were given that weren’t, in fact, about cantaloupes.
One of the best results I found was this t-shirt by Bark Decor:
Isn’t it great? The design is screen printed by hand onto American Apparel Fine Jersey t-shirts and sells for $23. They also have men’s sizes. And, if t-shirts aren’t your thing, then check out the flour sack towels and pillow cases.
Thanks to Pawesome for featuring this awesome Cat Flag tattoo. Back in January, Cat Flag was created and subsequently various other Black Flag mashups appeared. Of all the memes to grace the internet, this is probably one of the better ones to be in tattoo form.
If you really like the Cat Flag and want to wear it proudly, but just not permanently on your skin, then check out this shirt from RedBubble:
It’s Nyan Cat and Longcat, “[t]ogether forever, perfectly harmonised for all eter-nya-ty.” This design isn’t available yet, but if you’d like to see it printed, be sure to go over to Threadless and vote on it!
