a tigerfied snuggie
As much as I love them, Urban Outfitters has some of the strangest stuff.
You might be thinking, “Oh, this is really fun!” but to me it looks like a cross between a Jedi robe and a furry. I’m sure somebody out there is into that, but it’s not really my thing, sorry. And what’s up with the claws? They’re the worst part. They make this souped-up snuggie even more ridiculous. It might be okay without those claws, but ugh, they’re just terrible.
Also, $78 is waaay too damn much for this thing.

this is so very cute in a semi-creepy way. the kittens are adorable, but i’m not sure how much i’d like having internal organs hanging up on my wall, haha.
cat lady pride shirt
i’m trying to decide whether or not i would actually wear this shirt. on the one hand, it’s bright and fun and some people would probably get a kick out of it. on the other hand, some people might take it seriously and think i’m a real crazy cat lady, and i don’t really want that considering i’m still trying to make friends in this town. then again, maybe another young cat lover will see it and totally bond with me.
the shirt is $18.25 and comes in all sizes. there are even men’s sizes, which makes me wonder how many guys wear this shirt “ironically.” interestingly, the men’s 3XL is running low…
after some more consideration, i think i’d probably wear this shirt. it would no doubt go well with my black blazer that’s covered in cat hair.
mechanical kitty coin bank
This kitty coin bank from ThinkGeek is pretty cute, if a bit silly. You place a coin on the fish, the kitty meows then reaches out and grabs it, pulling it into the box. It’s definitely adorable, though for $29.99 it’s a bit expensive for a coin bank. I also imagine it would take forever if you had a lot of change to put in, haha.
