It’s Black Cat Appreciation Day! I love me some black cats, and I know a lot of you out there do, too. Everyone should! Here are some great black cat crafts and artwork I found on Etsy.
king kitty rings
I’ve seen these adorable crowned kitty rings pop up a few times on Tumblr and decided that I just had to share them on here. I myself do not wear rings, but I wish I did because these are cute!
They are dubbed “King Nyan Rings” (kingunyan ringu) and sell for 1,364 yen each, which is about $17 USD. It looks like the gold is out of stock, and from what I can tell, they’ll only ship within Japan. Hopefully one day they’ll be available worldwide!

So, if you’re like me and spend way too much time on the internet looking at cats and dumb things like memes, you’ve probably seen Nyan Cat.

I don’t really understand the phenomenon that is Nyan Cat, a poptart cat being propelled through space by a rainbow, but I don’t think it’s one of those things that really can be understood. It’s bizarre, and it makes no sense, but it’s awesome, so who cares?
And when I say phenomenon, it truly is. Nyan Cat is all over the place.

organic wooden cat plugs
I don’t have my ears stretched and have no real desire to, but these awesome plugs from omerica organic almost make me wish I did.
I love the simplicity and elegance of silhouettes (as you can obviously tell from MCL’s new design!).
They have four cute different kittens you can choose from.
These are branded as “puppy love” but I think paw prints can go either way.
If you wear plugs, I would definitely go and check out Omerica Organic. They have some really cool designs. In addition to plugs, they also carry belt buckles, earrings, pendants, dog tags, and more!

AutumnAndBoo is one of my new favorite stores on etsy. the woman behind the shop, dawn aka autumn, makes the cutest little painted clay brooches, buttons, ornaments, and figurines. her cats are wonderful and i’ve had a hard time not buying them all up.
