tony stewart’s cats!
Any NASCAR fans out there? I am a very big fan, myself, and I just got back from one of the greatest tracks out there, Talladega Super Speedway! It was truly an amazing weekend.
If you’re a NASCAR fan and don’t know about it already, Greg Biffle in the 3M number 16 heads up the Greg Biffle Foundation, which supports humane societies all across America! One of the awesome ways they gain support is by offering a yearly Calendar (which I of course have!) featuring the pets of NASCAR.
While most of the NASCAR guys are dog owners, one of my favorite drivers, Tony “Smoke” Stewart, has two cats! I just love this picture of Wylie and Wyatt together with Tony!
He even brings them with him to races, where they wait peacefully for him in his RV to greet him after a race! Love it!
katy perry’s candy land concert
On Saturday evening, Katy Perry held a concert in London that looked like something out of Candy Land. She wore a dress decorated with cupcakes, and danced around on stage with gingerbread men and, you guessed it, a cat. Yes, a cat. But not a real cat, of course; just somebody dressed up in a cat suit. Which really isn’t all that cute, if you ask me. Something about full-grown adults in animal suits kind of freaks me out. And to be honest… the cat looks kind of ridiculous.
I’m not a fan of Katy Perry or pop music in general, but I do give her props for an interesting, if somewhat odd, show. The cat just seems like a really weird addition. I also have to wonder if those cupcakes were real…
