Modcloth has quite a nice selection of cat-themed stuff, including several kitchen items which inspired me to write up this post. Unfortunately a lot of these products are out of stock, so hopefully they’ll be available again soon.
I’m sure there’s a lot more cat-themed kitchenware out there, so if you find anything, be sure to share!
another moderncat giveaway – the mommy bus

It’s a little silly, but… I think I’d like one. I hate using those big ol’ plastic crate-like carriers and have been meaning to get a soft carrier for some time now. I think my kitties would like it a whole lot more. Maybe even Palpatine would willingly get into it and not run away in terror like he does with the plastic ones.

for the NFL-adoring cat
I’ve always been lucky enough to live in areas where we can safely let our kitties out to play, but obviously, this means they need ID tags. Being a huge Steelers fan, I was pretty psyched when I found customizable NFL pet tags! The only thing was… while they called them “pet” tags on the site, I hadn’t thought about checking the size—they are all really for larger dogs:
He’s adorable, but the tag takes up his entire chest (..practically). At least it’s lightweight and doesn’t appear to bother him. I think next time, though, I’ll grab a round of these for all three cats (Pickles especially):
