We love featuring other people’s kitties and would love to feature yours on our weekly Friday’s Featured Feline post!
Here are the guidelines:
Please try to send good quality pictures (preferably not cellphone pics). If you don’t have a camera and all you have is a cellphone, that’s fine, but if the pictures are super blurry or out of focus, we won’t use them. Also, the optimum size is 500px wide. If your images are larger, I will gladly resize them for you.
Please send no more than 7 pictures. If you only have one cat, then 4 or 5 should be enough.
You can write about multiple cats in one post, or you can have a post for each one.
Keep your writing between a few sentences and a few short paragraphs (3-4). When you send in your writeup, please indicate where you would like the photos placed, if you have a preference.
What should you write about? Well, pretty much anything about your cat, but here are some ideas:
- Where/how/when you got your cat
- The inspiration behind your cat’s name
- How old your cat is
- What breed of cat
- Habits, likes, dislikes
- Favorite toys, foods, places to sleep, hobbies
