My birthday is next week, and though I’m not much of a cake person (I much prefer ice cream!), I’ve been thinking about how much fun it would be to create a kitty cake—or how nice it’d be to receive one! Here are some cakes (and cupcakes) that I love.

The nyanko cupcakes by alliemaries are super cute and I think I might actually be capable of making some. I love the idea of these, because nyanko is the perfect dessert kitty!

Not necessarily with fruit, but definitely full of nyankos! Really, though, any nyanko cake would do. I’m actually surprised that I couldn’t find any out there!
These are so beautiful and creative that I’d have a hard time eating any of them!!! But wow!! How gorgeous!!!!!!! Where is this unbelievable bakery??
I know, right? I think it’d be hard to eat some of those really amazing cakes out there, like the ones you see on Ace of Cakes.
